Booking and reservation

Wedding services deposit: A fixed deposit of €100, non-refundable and non-transferable, is required to formally secure your wedding date or appointment slot. Once the deposit clears, the date is exclusively yours and no other booking is accepted for that day.
Standard services deposit: For regular services such as shoots, graduations, birthdays and everyday glam, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is made at least 15 days before the scheduled appointment.
One wedding per day: To guarantee dedicated focus, premium attention and unhurried quality, Anaelly Lima HMUA services only one wedding per day.
Agreement acceptance: Payment of the deposit indicates full acceptance of these booking terms and conditions.

Pricing, payments and additional fees

Base pricing: Bridal services start from €300 (2026 pricing), which excludes travel fees and charges for additional people such as bridesmaids, mothers or guests. Standard makeup services start from €85, and hair and makeup combos start from €105.
Travel: Travel is included for locations within a 15 km radius of the base location. Beyond 15 km, travel is charged at €0.59 per additional kilometre, calculated as a round trip, plus any applicable parking fees.
Additional services: Special occasion looks, makeup and hairstyling combos, lessons and trials are billed as per the current service agreement or the listings on this website.

Trials

Bridal trials: Optional bridal trials are hosted at the Dublin studio, starting from €130. A standard trial session covers up to 2 makeup styles and 2 hairstyles, so your look is fine-tuned well ahead of the big day.

Cancellations, rescheduling and postponements

Wedding bookings: The initial €100 wedding deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers administrative costs and blocks the date exclusively for you. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date incur 100% of the remaining balance of the contracted services.
Standard services: For regular sessions, the 50% booking deposit is fully refundable provided the cancellation is requested at least 15 days before the appointment date. Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance forfeit the deposit.
Artist cancellation: In the rare and unforeseen event that Anaelly Lima HMUA cannot attend due to severe emergency, illness or circumstances beyond human control, every effort is made to secure a trusted and equally qualified professional substitute. If a replacement cannot be found, all deposits and advance payments are refunded in full.

Wedding morning logistics and timing

Time allocation: Each look is allocated approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, so the morning stays calm and relaxed and nothing feels rushed.
Coordinated team: For larger parties involving mums, bridesmaids or additional guests, Anaelly works alongside a trusted network of seasoned professionals, so everyone is ready beautifully and precisely on schedule.
Schedule adherence: Clients and bridal party members are asked to keep to the agreed timeline on the event day. Delays caused by the client or the party may compromise the time available to complete the final look.

Health, safety and skin preparation

Allergies and skin conditions: Clients must disclose any known skin allergies, sensitivities or contagious skin conditions, such as cold sores or conjunctivitis, before the appointment or trial.
Right to refuse service: For the health and safety of both the artist and clients, Anaelly Lima HMUA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone presenting symptoms of contagious illness, or behaving abusively or inappropriately.

Photography and media release

Promotional use: Anaelly Lima HMUA reserves the right to capture photos and videos of the completed looks for promotional use across digital channels, portfolios and social media platforms such as Instagram, unless the client opts out in writing before the event date.
